On November 21, the Federation hosted Science Forum on "Decision-Making: Making Good Decisions Under Conditions of Uncertainty". Experts in the field gathered to discuss their recent work and their vision of the field's future. There were three panels of speakers: Panel One focused on the use of decision support tools in medicine, Panel Two reviewed decision-making under extreme circumstances, and Panel Three discussed funding opportunities for decision-making research at NIH and NSF.
*We would like to thank the National Cancer Institute for their sponsorship of Panel One and the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society for their contribution.
